Day 1 :-

On Day 1, your adventure commences with a pick-up from Kathgodam railway station, followed by a scenic 45-minute drive to your hotel. Nestled in breathtaking surroundings, Sattal offers a perfect haven for birding enthusiasts. Enjoy the beauty of the diverse birding spots nearby, spending the entire day exploring and encountering many avian wonders. Enjoy a comfortable overnight stay at a Sattal hotel with delicious meals, including breakfast, lunch, dinner, and rejuvenating tea breaks as the day draws to a close.

Day 2 :-

On Day 2 you awake to the melodious tunes of nature as you embark on a morning session along the picturesque roads of Sattal. This is the perfect time to witness the mystical owls in action, adding a touch of enchantment to your birding experience. After a delightful lunch, venture to Chafi, a serene riverside location. Here, you can immerse yourself in the captivating beauty of the Chafi region, teeming with a wide variety of bird species. As dusk settles, return to your comfortable Sattal hotel for another peaceful night's rest.

Day 3rd :-

Day 3 Begin the day with an exhilarating morning session at the Bird Hide in Sattal, offering a unique opportunity to observe more than 20 different bird species in their natural habitats. Following a delectable post-lunch meal, bid farewell to Sattal and embark on a scenic 40-kilometer, 2-hour journey to the picturesque village of Pangot. Pangot welcomes you with its charming ambiance. Unwind and rejuvenate at a Pangot hotel, preparing for your adventures.

Day 4th :-

On Day 4, immerse yourself in the wonders of the village area surrounding Pangot as you spend a whole day exploring and discovering an array of avian treasures. The diverse bird species that grace this region promise to leave you in awe of nature's beauty. As the day unfolds, bid farewell to Pangot and embark on a return journey to Sattal, retracing the scenic route you took earlier. Day 5th :-

Embrace the final day 5 of your birding journey with a morning session at a different hide-out, offering sightings of 3 to 4 unique bird species. After a satisfying lunch, it's time to check out from Sattal and engage in birding activities in the serene Kathgodam area. Finally, as per your train timing, you will be dropped off at Kathgodam railway station, marking the end of your remarkable birding expedition. ▪︎Heavy Woolen Clothing in Winter good for 10 to -10 degrees Celsius ( Jacket + Sweater + Cap + Socks + Gloves + Inner upper & lower Thermal  + Fleece Nightwear )

▪︎Raincoat/Wind-cheater to protect you from snow.

3.  Remainder of the Tour fee before 15 days .

Cancellation Fees :-

1. 20% of the of the Tour fee on or before 45 days prior to trip.
2.  50% of the Tour fee on or before 15 days prior to trip .
3. 100% of the Tour fee on or Before 7 days prior to trip .
